Zeitgeist film making waves.

Did the Zeitgeist producer "Peter Joseph" (real name James Coyman) create a manipulative propaganda "documentary" to deliberately discredit Christianity, cloud the "911 truth movement" and cleverly market the elite's "global new age christ" religion to a frustrated, desparate and confused public?

Who are the sources of these films, and what is the real purpose... creation of "an idyllic utopia" or foment vitriol at families and established social structures? Are there any reliable sources for any of the bold claims made about Jesus/Yeshua? Or was this all just one big honest mistake by a misdirected and naive idealist?

First of all, the claims of the first third of the first movie about the alleged pagan or Babylonian origins of Jesus/Yeshua are total and complete fabrications, not supported by ANY credible source. This part of the first movie is nothing more than a rehash of the long since debunked publication 'the Christ Conspiracy' that was published back in 1999. In fact, the historical evidence supports the FACT that Christianity influenced pagan myth after the second or third century AD., and that it was Rome who then tried to somewhat blend these two dominant religions for political purposes in the latter part of the forth century AD. A huge difference from what is presented in the film.

If you knew the first third of any "documentary" was deliberately placed total nonsense, what would make you want to believe the rest of it?

"Not one clear case of any alleged resurrection teaching appears in any pagan text before the late second century A.D., almost one hundred years after the New Testament was written." --Dr. Gary Habermas

Factoid: In AD 274, the Roman emperor Aurelian decreed December 25 to be the birthday of the unconquered sun. There is NO EVIDENCE for a pagan observance of December 25 prior to emperor Aurelian’s decree. It was not until 354AD, Bishop Liberius of Rome officially ordered his members to celebrate the birth of Jesus on 25 December. In Rome, the principal feasts in honour of the unconquered sun took place in August.

What about Mithras? Any association to Jesus' birthday, or the Virgin birth, etc... or is that similar "Zeitgeist hogwash"? [Outside link]

Below vid helps clear up the numerous other errors promoted by the first part of Zeitgeist... Please watch

Perhaps to the credit of the makers of the Zeitgeist film, they did apparently release a "second edition" or "revised version" of the film, in which all of the alleged references to the "pagan origins of Christianity" were removed. Or so it was on versions available on Youtube...

Well not so fast eh.... Seems that they have returned to publishing and promoting (on their website) their first discredited version, now with the rather curious title of "final edition".... Or maybe its just a case of a dog returning to its vomit? At the same time, they have also stopped receiving email on their website, so we were unable to get a statement from them to help clarify why they are again/still publishing verifiable lies about the origins of Christianity, or if they were in fact ever responsible for the corrected version published briefly on Youtube.

Aside from the obvious hate this movie tries to promote towards those who follow the teachings of Yeshua, the fact this film has been widely discredited now serves to also somewhat discredit the 911 truth movement. While that may not appear on the surface to be the goal of the film maker, its producer has stated (on Alex Jones, October 15/08 broadcast) that he "doesn't care about [fighting] the NWO" and yet  - while on the one hand openly admitting (again) to the errors made in the first film about Christianity's origins -  also stated that there was "more evidence [sic] that Christ never existed than that showing he did" (See later half of above video for evidence refuting that unfounded and incoherent claim also).

So now he's produced yet another film, and it seems the producer of Zeitgeist just can't break free of his errors, and is once again deliberately incorporating false doctrine from his new age belief system in order to manipulate his followers. He presents his repackaged Marxist "utopian vision" with the usual attack on religion, while heavily promoting a new age Theosophical Society replacement religion throughout his new film - which he calls the "Addendum" . This latest production is steeped in Illuminati imagery and philosophy, literally from beginning to end - including an appearance of their prototype "global christ", Jiddu Krishnamurti.

The Theosophical Society religion he promotes was founded by none other than satanic occultist H.P. Blavatsky.... It doesn't get any more 'new world order' than that folks! Here is a quote from this Zeitgeist guru.... See if you can spot the religious part...

One of the most hidden secrets involves the so-called fall of Angels. Satan and his rebellious host will thus prove to have become the direct Saviours and Creators of divine man. Thus Satan, once he ceases to be viewed in the superstitious spirit of the church, grows into the grandiose image. It is Satan who is the God of our planet and the only God. Satan (or Lucifer) represents the Centrifugal Energy of the Universe, this ever-living symbol of self-sacrifice for the intellectual independence of humanity.  - H.P. Blavatsky The Secret Doctrine Pages 215, 216, 220, 245, 255, 533

The film’s producer includes the following on the source page for Part I of his first propaganda film: “Special thanks to Acharya S (author of the  "Christ Conspiracy" ) for her consultation for this section.”

Another common source for this often repeated material is Lucis Trust. At one time, the Lucis Trust office in New York was located at 666 United Nations Plaza. Lucis Trust was established in 1922 as Lucifer Trust by Alice Bailey as the publishing company to disseminate the books of Bailey and Blavatsky and the Theosophical Society. The title page of Alice Bailey's book, 'Initiation, Human and Solar' was originally printed in 1922, and clearly shows the publishing house as 'Lucifer Publishing CoIn 1923. Bailey changed the name to Lucis Trust, because Lucifer Trust revealed the true nature of the New Age Movement too clearly. (Constance Cumbey, The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow, p. 49). We'll be investigating this matter further... so when we have more, we will post it here for you as soon as possible. In the mean time, take the Zeitgeist Challenge [below video] and see just how completely off the mark this film maker is... and learn more about the sources he repeatedly goes to for his material.

Welcome to the Official Homepage of the Zeitgeist Challenge [Link]
Where we offer cash for proof backing up many claims made in the Zeitgeist movie.

Zeitgeist makes roughly 50 claims about various ancient gods and their similarities to Jesus Christ. The problem we have found is that no one seems to be able to show us where Zeitgeist's claims can be found in actual ancient texts.

More links to video refuting Zeitgeist's numerous blatantly dishonest claims, about origin of Christianity..

Jordanus Maximus (aka Jordon Maxwell) is yet another follower of the Blavatsky devil cult... See how "Maxwell" sings praise for one of the most notable occultists, which was also used as a source in Zeitgeist. Starting to see a pattern here yet?
