Stock trading. [Documenting prior knowledge of attack]

There is ample evidence of a forewarning regarding the attack of September
11, 2001 by following the flow of stocks in the weeks and days prior to the
attack.

In the case of at least one of these trades -- which has left a $2.5 million
prize unclaimed -- the firm used to place the "put options" on United
Airlines stock was, until 1998, managed by the man who is now in the number
three Executive Director position at the Central Intelligence Agency.  Until
1997 A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard had been Chairman of the investment bank A.B.
Brown. A.B. Brown was acquired by Banker's Trust in 1997. Krongard then
became, as part of the merger, Vice Chairman of Banker's Trust-AB Brown, one of 20 major U.S. banks named by Senator Carl Levin this year as being
connected to money laundering. Krongard's last position at Banker's Trust
(BT) was to oversee "private client relations." In this capacity he had
direct hands-on relations with some of the wealthiest people in the world in
a kind of specialized banking operation that has been identified by the U.S.
Senate and other investigators as being closely connected to the laundering
of drug money.

It is necessary to understand only two key financial terms to understand the
significance of these trades, "selling short" and "put options".   "Selling
Short" is the borrowing of stock, selling it at current market prices, but
not being required to actually produce the stock for some time. "Put
Options," are contracts giving the buyer the option to sell stocks at a
later date. Purchased at nominal prices of, for example, $1.00 per share,
they are sold in blocks of 100 shares. If exercised, they give the holder
the option of selling selected stocks at a future date at a price set when
the contract is issued. Thus, for an investment of $10,000 it might be
possible to tie up 10,000 shares of United or American Airlines at $100 per
share, and the seller of the option is then obligated to buy them if the
option is executed. If the stock has fallen to $50 when the contract
matures, the holder of the option can purchase the shares for $50 and
immediately sell them for $100 - regardless of where the market then stands.
A call option is the reverse of a put option, which is, in effect, a
derivatives bet that the stock price will go up.

A September 21 story by the Israeli Herzliyya International Policy Institute
for Counterterrorism, entitled "Black Tuesday: The World's Largest Insider
Trading Scam?" documented the following trades connected to the September 11 attacks:

   -        Between September 6 and 7, the Chicago Board Options Exchange
saw purchases of 4,744 put options on United Airlines, but only 396 call
options. Assuming that 4,000 of the options were bought by people with
advance knowledge of the imminent attacks, these "insiders" would have
profited by almost $5 million.

-        On September 10, 4,516 put options on American Airlines were bought
on the Chicago exchange, compared to only 748 calls. Again, there was no
news at that point to justify this imbalance;. Again, assuming that 4,000 of
these options trades represent "insiders," they would represent a gain of
about $4 million.

[The levels of put options purchased above were more than six times higher
than normal.]   No similar trading in other airlines occurred on the Chicago
exchange in the days immediately preceding Black Tuesday.


Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co., which occupied 22 floors of the World
Trade Center, saw 2,157 of its October $45 put options bought in the three
trading days before Black Tuesday; this compares to an average of 27
contracts per day before September 6. Morgan Stanley's share price fell from
$48.90 to $42.50 in the aftermath of the attacks. Assuming that 2,000 of
these options contracts were bought based upon knowledge of the approaching attacks, their purchasers could have profited by at least $1.2 million. Merrill Lynch & Co., with headquarters near the Twin Towers, saw 12,215 October $45 put options bought in the four trading days before the attacks; the previous average volume in those shares had been 252 contracts per day [a 1200% increase!]. When trading resumed, Merrill's shares fell from $46.88 to $41.50; assuming that 11,000 option contracts were bought by "insiders," their profit would have been about $5.5 million.

CIA, THE BANKS AND THE BROKERS

Understanding the interrelationships between CIA and the banking and
brokerage world is critical to grasping the already frightening implications
of the above revelations. Let's look at the history of CIA, Wall Street and
the big banks by looking at some of the key players in CIA's history.

Clark Clifford - The National Security Act of 1947 was written by Clark
Clifford, a Democratic Party powerhouse, former Secretary of Defense, and
one-time advisor to President Harry Truman. In the 1980s, as Chairman of
First American Bancshares, Clifford was instrumental in getting the corrupt
CIA drug bank BCCI a license to operate on American shores. His profession:
Wall Street lawyer and banker.

John Foster and Allen Dulles - These two brothers "designed" the CIA for
Clifford. Both were active in intelligence operations during WW II. Allen
Dulles was the U.S. Ambassador to Switzerland where he met frequently with
Nazi leaders and looked after U.S. investments in Germany. John Foster went
on to become Secretary of State under Dwight Eisenhower and Allen went on to
serve as CIA Director under Eisenhower and was later fired by JFK. Their
professions: partners in the most powerful - to this day - Wall Street law
firm of Sullivan, Cromwell.

Bill Casey - Ronald Reagan's CIA Director and OSS veteran who served as
chief wrangler during the Iran-Contra years was, under President Richard
Nixon, Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission. His profession:
Wall Street lawyer and stockbroker.

David Doherty - The current Vice President of the New York Stock Exchange
for enforcement is the retired General Counsel of the Central Intelligence
Agency.

George Herbert Walker Bush - President from 1989 to January 1993, also
served as CIA Director for 13 months from 1976-7. He is now a paid
consultant to the Carlyle Group, the 11th largest defense contractor in the
nation, which also shares joint investments with the bin Laden family.

A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard - The current Executive Director of the Central
Intelligence Agency is the former Chairman of the investment bank A.B. Brown
and former Vice Chairman of Banker's Trust.

John Deutch - This retired CIA Director from the Clinton Administration
currently sits on the board at Citigroup, the nation's second largest bank,
which has been repeatedly and overtly involved in the documented laundering
of drug money. This includes Citigroup's 2001 purchase of a Mexican bank
known to launder drug money, Banamex.

Nora Slatkin - This retired CIA Executive Director also sits on Citibank's
board.

Maurice "Hank" Greenburg - The CEO of AIG insurance, manager of the third
largest capital investment pool in the world, was floated as a possible CIA
Director in 1995. FTW exposed Greenberg's and AIG's long connection to CIA
drug trafficking and covert operations in a two-part series that was
interrupted just prior to the attacks of September 11. AIG's stock has

On Sunday night, September 17, 2001 CBS's "60-Minutes" revealed that
President Bush's close associates had suddenly, and inexplicably, sold all
their airline stock just days before the terrorist attacks. The story was
completely overlooked by mainstream newspapers thereafter.

Other early warning signs...

FEMA sent the Urban Search and Rescue Team to New York City THE NIGHT BEFORE the attacks occurred! One FEMA official, Mr. Tom Kennedy told Dan Rather on Sept 11, "We're currently one of the first teams that was deployed to
support the City of New York in this disaster. We arrived on late Monday
night [that is, on September 10, the NIGHT BEFORE] and went right into
action on Tuesday morning."

Flight warnings

Mayor Willie Brown received a phone call eight hours before the hijackings
from what he described as his air security staff, warning him not to travel
by air. The San Francisco Mayor was booked to fly from the Bay area to New
York City on the morning of September 11.

Newsweek reported [Newsweek, 24 September 2001] that on 10th September 2001, the day before the attacks, a group of top Pentagon officials suddenly
canceled travel plans for the next morning, apparently because of "security
concerns".

The London Times reported that the famous novelist, Salman Rushdie, received a similar warning before 9/11 to avoid U.S. and Canadian airlines. [The Times, 27 September 2001.Doran, James]

Warnings from foreign governments

The governments of at least four countries-Germany, Egypt, Russia and
Israel-gave specific warnings to the US of an impending terrorist attack in
the months preceding September 11. These alerts, while fragmentary, not only
combined to foretell the scale of the attack and its main target, but
indicated that hijacked commercial aircraft would be the weapon of choice.

According to an article in one of the major daily newspapers in Germany,
published just after the destruction of the World Trade Center, the German
intelligence service BND told both US and Israeli intelligence agencies in
June that Middle East terrorists were "planning to hijack commercial
aircraft to use as weapons to attack important symbols of American and
Israeli culture."

The newspaper cited unnamed German intelligence sources, who said that the
information came through Echelon, the US-controlled system of 120 satellites
which monitors all worldwide electronic communications. Echelon is operated
jointly by the United States, Canada, Britain, Australia and New Zealand,
although its existence is not officially admitted. (Source: Frankfurter

The government of Egypt sent an urgent warning to the US June 13, based on a video made by Osama bin Laden. Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak told the French newspaper Le Figaro that the warning was originally delivered just
before the G-8 summit in Genoa. It was taken seriously enough that antiaircr
aft batteries were stationed around Christopher Columbus Airport in the
Italian city. According to Mubarak, bin Laden "spoke of assassinating
President Bush and other heads of state in Genoa. It was a question of an
airplane stuffed with explosives. These precautions then had been taken."

The London-based Sunday Telegraph -an arch-conservative newspaper usually highly supportive of the Bush administration-reported that the Israeli
intelligence service Mossad had delivered a warning to the FBI and CIA in
August that as many as 200 followers of Osama bin Laden were slipping into
the country to prepare "a major assault on the United States." The advisory
spoke of a "large-scale target" in which Americans would be "very
vulnerable." The Los Angeles Times cited unnamed US officials confirming
this Mossad warning had been received. The Independent, a liberal daily in Great Britain, published an article
asserting the US government "was warned repeatedly that a devastating attack on the United States was on its way." The Independent cited an interview given by Osama bin Laden to a London-based Arabic-language newspaper, al-Quds al-Arabi, in late August. About the same time, tighter security measures were ordered at the World Trade Center, for unexplained reasons. Despite this series of alerts, no US intelligence agency issued any warning
of a possible attack on a target on US territory in the months leading up to
September 11.

Bush Strangely Indifferent

On September 11, 2001 President Bush was is Sarasota, Florida, "In Sarasota, Fla. "reading to children in a classroom at 9:05 a.m. when his chief of staff, Andrew Card, whispered into his ear, according to the Associated
Press (Sept. 12). The president briefly turned somber before he resumed
reading. . . .[Next] President Bush listened to 18 Booker Elementary School
second- graders read a story about a girl's pet goat . . . before he spoke
briefly and somberly about the terrorist attacks." Many are curious as to
why the "Commander-in- Chief" of the U.S. took about a half-hour before he
responded to the national security urgency, or even addressed the tragedies.

Bombs planted indicate long period of planning.

Aaron Swirski, one of the architects of the World Trade Center, said they
designed the towers to withstand airplane collisions. "I designed it for a
707 hit, he said." The collapse of the buildings came as a complete "shock"
to him and his colleagues.

Van Romero, a demolition expert, former director of the Energetic Materials
Research and Testing Center, and current vice present for research at New
Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology said that the manner in which the
twin towers collapsed, resembled those of controlled implosions used in
planned demolition. "My opinion is, based on the videotapes, that after the
airplanes hit the World Trade Center there were some explosive devices
inside the buildings that caused the towers to collapse," Romero said.

NBC Reporter Pat Dawson on the morning of 9-11:

  ...The Chief of Safety of the Fire Department of New York told me
that...er...he thinks that there were actually devices that were planted in
the building. One of the secondary devices he thinks that took place after
the initial impact was, he thinks, may have been on the plane that crashed
into one of the towers. The second device, he thinks, he speculates, was
probably planted in the building...er... so that's what we have been told
by...erm...Albert Turi who is the Chief of Safety for the New York City Fire
Department, he told me that just moments ago.

  Fireman1: Yeah, detonators.

Police, Firemen, news reporters at the scene of the WTC all reported hearing
"bombs" exploding in and around the WTC area. Some firemen used the
expression "detonators".

The New York Fire Department got a "security consultant" - a former head of
the CIA. This "consultant" made a special point to tell the members of the
New York Fire Department to shut up and not talk about the bombs that
they saw, heard and felt in the twin towers on 9-11-1 before the towers
fell.

Both towers fell straight down, through themselves, following the path of maximum resistance, a behavior never before observed in spontaneous collapses of any type of vertical structure.
 

THE SEISMOGRAPH (Machines are as objective as one can get)

More explosive evidence comes from the seismographs at Columbia University's Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory in Palisades, New York, 21 miles north of the WTC. This facility recorded strange seismic activity on September 11 that has still not been explained.

In addition, dozens of hot spots were mapped. The hottest spots at the
surface of the rubble, where abundant oxygen was available, showed a
temperature of 1377° F (747° C). This is, however, less than half as
hot at the molten steel in the >basement<.

Construction steel has an extremely high melting point of about 2,800°
Fahrenheit (1535° Celsius). Kerosene-based jet fuel, paper, or the other
combustibles normally found in the towers, CANNOT generate this
much heat, especially in an oxygen-poor environment like a deep
basement.

It should be noted that one of the few things capable of producing such
extreme temperatures in these conditions is thermite, a chemical compound
readily used in demolition explosives.

Pentagon Problems

There is a CITCO gas station located at the entrance of the Pentagon with a
surveillance video camera pointing in the direction of the impact zone. This
camera would have viewed the entire event. That should have ended the
controversy even before it started. Nothing could be more dramatic or
conclusive than images of an American Airlines jet plowing into the side of
the Pentagon. However, according to the owner, Mr. Jose Velasquez: "I've
never seen what the pictures look like. The FBI was here within minutes and
took the film." ["Three Month On, Tension Lingers Near the Pentagon," by
Bill McKelway, National Geographic News, Dec. 11, 2001,]

What a wonderful example of FBI efficiency. The government says it had no
idea that terrorists would use airplanes to attack commercial or government
buildings. Yet, the FBI was on the spot within minutes of the Pentagon
strike, ready to seize private videos.

Bill Gertz and Rowan Scarborough are reporters for The Washington Post. Ten
days after the Pentagon attack, they published the following report:

A security camera atop a hotel close to the Pentagon [the Hilton] may have
captured dramatic footage of the hijacked Boeing 757 airliner as it slammed
into the western wall of the Pentagon. Hotel employees sat watching the film
in shock and horror several times before the FBI confiscated the video as
part of its investigation.["Video of Attack" by Bill Gertz and Rowan
Scarborough, Inside the Ring, Sept. 21, 2001]

If this report is accurate, then we know that something important was
captured on this tape. Otherwise, the employees would not have watched it in
shock and horror. The FBI has NEVER revealed the images from this camera.

The Virginia Department of Transportation is housed close to the Pentagon.
It has several surveillance cameras positioned to monitor freeway traffic
along Interstate 395. There is reason to believe that one of those cameras
captured an image of the incoming aircraft as it flew only a few feet above
frightened motorists. The company that manufactures and maintains this
closed circuit TV system is the Arinc Company. The following announcement
appears on its web site:

The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) CCTV system used to
manage the Northern Virginia freeway network had cameras in place that
observed the September 11 crash site at the Pentagon. This CCTV system and the VDOT Smart Traffic Center were used as a command center for emergency responders and cleanup and recovery crews following the

It is reported that the small amount of wreckage seen at the Pentagon was
put into a large box, covered with a blue tarp, and carried away by men on
foot. Only one small hole [approximately 14 feet in diameter] was made by
the impact of the "aircraft" that hit the pentagon, despite the fact that
the 757 is a twin engine aircraft, and the engines are the objects of
largest single mass on the aircraft, and thus most able to make holes. The
wings, we are told, made no damage to the building and simply
"disintegrated", despite the fact that they were holding some 8,000
or so gallons of kerosene jet fuel needed to make the cross country flight.

Engine parts [a single high pressure turbine of some two feet in diameter,
and a small wheel 'not matching the spokes of a 757 nosewheel'] were
"found" AT THE EXIT HOLE of "C" ring, which is totally contrary to the
theory put forward by some government conspiracy theorists that the
hole was made by the cabin body of "the 757" ; and all this is supposed to
have passed through some 9 feet of bomb reinforced concrete, which
is something that even a bunker buster bomb would have difficulty
in accomplishing.

In contrast to the incredible lack of metal debris, the autopsy program
conducted by the military in the days following 9/11 succeeded [they claim]
IN JUST FIVE DAYS in identifying nearly ALL of the bodies. The military
called this work of the 'Armed Forces Institute of Pathology' "Operation
Noble Eagle", which is a rather reminisent of a title appropropriate for a
offensive military exercise or covert operation, but not one planned to
identify innocent corpes of a terrorist attack. They also had to identify
the 189 pentagon workers who were among the dead in this same timeframe.

No Arabs wound up on the morgue slab; however, three ADDITIONAL people not

Plane Problems.

Not only are their eyewitness accounts of highly unusual characteristics of
the plane alleged to have hit the pentagon {Witness Steve Patterson, 43
said "It was flying so fast that he couldn't read any writing on the side".
The
plane, which appeared to hold about "eight to 12 people", headed straight for
the Pentagon but was flying "as if coming in for a landing on a nonexistent
runway."} and a Fox News reporter on his way to work stated the
aircraft that hit the south tower of the WTC "had no windows" and "had a
circular logo on the nose" which is makes it impossible to be a commercial flight,
much less a United Airlines aircraft.

Digital analysis of FOUR sets of video, by a Spanish group of experts, found
objects attached to the plane that hit the south tower were "not tricks of
light and shadow" but in fact "three dimensional objects", which further
supports the idea that this aircraft [at least] was probably a military transport,
and could not have been a normal commercial passenger airliner.

[This is the third aircraft to switch off the transponder within or exactly at the four minute interval, which suggests whoever was flying was going through some sort of rather lengthy checklist that had been well learned by all pilots.
This plane was confirmed shot down by two side-winder missles by airforce jets from the North Dakota Air Guard.  Rumsfeld has even made, not one but two, "slips of the tongue" concerning this.



Norman Mineta on Cheney's (unknown) 'Orders'
The testimony of Secretary of Transportation Norman Mineta on May 23 about Cheney's actions is revealing. Mineta said he arrived at the Presidential Emergency Operating Center (PEOC) at 9:20 a.m. where he observed the Vice President taking charge:

Mineta: There was a young man who had come in and said to the vice president, "The plane is 50 miles out.The plane is 30 miles out." And when it got down to, "The plane is 10 miles out," the young man also said to the vice president, "Do the orders still stand?"

And the vice president turned and whipped his neck around and said, "Of course the orders still stand. Have you heard anything to the contrary?" Well, at the time I didn't know what all that meant. And.

Hamilton: The flight you're referring to is the.

Mineta: The flight that came into the Pentagon.

After some discussion of whether Cheney's orders meant to shoot down the hijacked aircraft, it was clearly stated on the record that there were no such orders to do so, which raises the obvious question of what "the orders" were:

Hamilton: And so there was no specific order there to shoot that plane down.

Mineta: No, sir.

Hamilton: But there were military planes in the air in position to shoot down commercial aircraft.

Mineta: That's right. The planes had been scrambled, I believe, from Otis at that point.

Bin LADEN (He works for the CIA)

Osama bin Laden took his direction and money from the CIA for ten years.
During this time, approximately $5 billion was funneled to his organization
through black op budgets into CIA operation known as Maktab al-Khidamar-the MAK. It is clear, as a MAK mercenary army leader, bin Laden's fortune vastly increased during that time. It is said that, "Once in the CIA, always in the
CIA." Could this be one of the intelligence organizations about which Milt
Bearden was speaking?

Osama bin Laden and his band of "Terrorists" could not have pulled off the
"sophisticated" operation of four simultaneous air hijackings, and precision
directed attacks, without the support of one or more "intelligence
organizations." This was the expert testimony provided by past CIA
Afghanistan operations director and bin Laden's American intelligence
aficionado, Milt Bearden, interviewed by Dan Rather on September 12, 2001.
In fact, when pressed by Dan Rather to endorse the theory of bin Laden's
culpability, Mr. Bearden stated, "if they didn't have an Osama bin Laden,
they would invent one."

comment... he says he has sent five letters to the US embassy in Kabul
offering to pass on information about al-Qaeda hideouts in Afghanistan... "

backed by about 20 local Afghan fighters, apprehended Mullah Akhter Mohammed Osmani as he left his compound at daybreak in a town west of Kandahar....

Osmani, among the top six most-wanted Taliban, was flown to a detention
center at Bagram air base, north of Kabul, for interrogation, the Special
Forces soldiers said. He was one of the Taliban's top generals, leading
thousands of troops as coalition forces ousted the hard-line regime. But,
according to these soldiers, Task Force 180 - the overall command in
Afghanistan - released Osmani a few weeks later..... A spokesman for U.S.
Central Command, which runs operations in Afghanistan, declined to comment
on questions submitted by The Times."

had indeed come out through the Tirah Valley on horseback two days before we

the tribal leader's name and reputation, but did not contact him. .....
Members of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board who were
asked by us to ask the question [why this man was not contacted] have simply
been told, 'We'll get back to you on that.' They're still waiting."

Government Powers Increasing, thanks to propaganda.

The propaganda machine is in high gear. On 911, immediately after the towers
fell the major TV networks broadcast Palestinians dancing in the streets.
This was a sin against humanity and immediately connected blame to the
Palestinians for the falling towers. The US citizen was told that they were
dancing in reaction to the attacks on the US. This inflammatory scene was in
broad daylight while it was actually 10 minutes to sundown when the first
tower was hit. It was after sundown when the second tower was hit and well
into darkness when the towers fell. This footage was later proved to be
stock footage of celebrating Palestinians picking up candy and celebrating a
Holy holiday.

On October 31, 2001 the American people and U.S. Constitutional freedoms
were attacked, not by the Taliban government or Muslim terrorists, but by
CDC officials who advanced the "Model State Emergency Health Powers Act"
that will force masses of people suspected of exposure to broadly-defined
"infectious diseases" and biological weapons into concentration camp-like
holding facilities for drugging, vaccination, and quarantine, without any
viable legal recourse.

The entire 9-11 tragedy and subsequent threats to U.S. national and global
securities fits far too perfectly with standard Machiavellian theory to be
overlooked. This ongoing practice - the "problem/reaction/solution" agenda
of precisely "managed chaos"-appears to be standard operating procedures for
oligarchs historically bent on developing a "New World Order." Order from
chaos is the credo. We see their chaos and the plan is for the people to beg
for their order.

Terror Alert Red will institute martial law, and anyone found outside their
homes during that time can be shot, or at the very least arrested. Condition
"Orange" has been reached twice already.... and now the CIA is spreading the
word that an attack of weapons of mass destruction is "inevitable"...

The end result will be the same in Canada, as our Liberal government has
followed along with the American (UN?) plan for Tyranny like a lost puppy... The
senate is now discussing martial law plans for the latest upgrade to the
"anti-terrorism" act.... and Anne McLellan is set to mandate universal ID
cards to all Canadians very soon.

Who are the real terrorists? It should be obvious to you by now!
