Why does Larry Silverstein steadfastly refuse to discuss his PBS comments to "pull IT" in talking about the controlled demolition of WTC building 7?

Why were the only buildings to "collapse" that day owned and insured (for double their value) by Larry Silverstein, when other buildings THAT WERE MUCH CLOSER TO THE TWIN TOWERS suffered only broken windows and minor exterior damage, and/or had to be "pulled" much later?
