MLA's confess to Motor Vehicle Act, which our highest court states directly infringes on our common law right to "peaceful use of the Crown's highways". This right is an eternal right embedded into the Great Charter (Magna Carta, 1297) and ANY infringement thereof is "of no force or effect".
