This inconceivable, fraudulent and treasonous statement (above) was made in open court by Justice Catherine Ryan January 29, 2003 - BC Court of Appeal {BC's Chief "Justice" Finch is on record as agreeing with Ryan}

Shouldn't a judge (of ANY LEGITIMATE COURT, let alone the alleged highest in the Province) know the obvious and VITAL difference between a "Right" and a "privilege"? Either they are ignorant of the meaning of "rights", or they demonstrate open contempt for them, and thus have knowingly infringed the rights enshrined in our history and common law. Infringement of a Right is AN ASSAULT, and in this matter is a violation of THE SUPREME LAW!!!

This (our alleged court) has furthermore blatantly denied any coherent and/or legitimate authority of the "Crown" in Canada, in recently making the fallacious contention that our ETERNALLY BINDING Magna Carta is "not part of the compendium of constitutional law of Canada". This is a TREASONOUS assault against Crown, and more importantly, it is a brazen assault against our enshrined, unalienable, and sacred RIGHTS as FREE Men and Women! These rights are your and your children's inheritance as members of the Commonwealth.

This dishonourable judgment is a call to a REVOLUTION of awakening, as the peace treaty and covenant between Free men, women and Crown has now been broken! There is now apparently no legitimate "crown government" in British Columbia, as the court (being an arm of this alleged crown government) has destroyed its own succession of authority, and has in its place endorsed the absolute power of government to infringe ALL YOUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS via legislation. The primary function of government in a free and civilized society is to justly preserve the Rights and Freedoms of its people via just application of the Law, within the limits of a constitution sanctioned by the people.

On the issue of Magna Carta [our Constitution] and its authority throughout Canada, and the entire Commonwealth, the 1297 version specifically and clearly states:

"neither We, nor our Heirs, shall procure or do anything whereby Liberties contained in this Charter shall be infringed or broken; and if anything be procured by any person contrary to the premises, it shall be had of no force nor effect." [37]

Will you and your neighbour muster the courage to protect your Constitutional Rights, and those of your family, and respect and sustain the Supreme Law of the Land?
