The order for the replacement of police cruisers with these gas guzzling (and relatively unsafe) vehicles is coming out of the UN's ISO department; the same office that is creating for us all our MANDATORY national ID cards, which they will market to us as being a "world passport", but will be a tag of enslavement. You'll need one to pick up your groceries, or you'll get a free ride to the gulag in one of their new (just look at the leg room) SUV's.
