On October 22, 2006 the following letter [below] was sent to the alleged federal government of Canada. On January 11, 2007 an acknowledgment letter was received and is posted below. As of this day, no reply to this letter's questions has been received, but if and when a reply is received from the alleged federal government, we will post it as soon as possible. We would like to point out that there are three possible scenarios that can play out: A) The so-called "Canada's new government" can acknowledge their obligations under the Supreme Law, and begin [in good faith] to wholly enforce it by repealing any and all such parliamentary legislation that is in any ways in conflict with the letter and/or intent of our Great Charter of Liberty [Magna Carta] aka OUR CONSTITUTION. B) They can ignore this request, and thus violate their duty and oath [as servants of the people] to provide answers on and pertaining to the Law, and thus wilfully place themselves outside the authority or mandate of the people, as expressed in the aforesaid Charter. Thus making all parliamentary regulation and statute of no force or effect, except toward those sworn members of parliament in good standing. C) They will openly admit to their failure or willingness to obey and defend the liberties and freedoms they bound themselves to, under oath to God Almighty, and thereby violate the Supreme Law, and thereby invoke the King's command to assail those members who are responsible for the breach of the Law, and place themselves outside the authority or mandate of the people, as expressed in the aforesaid Charter. In addition to breach of contract by which they must have gained consent of the people to govern, this last option would furthermore be an act of war, by virtue of the breaching of the Charter which was made for the peace and benefit of Freemen of the commonwealth, forever and in all places.

Dear, Hon. Prime Minister Harper,
On September 21, 2004 U.S. President Bush gave a speech to the United Nations General Assembly where he stated the dangers of ‘terrorists and their allies’, and furthermore described the means by which they can be identified. Bush stated:
“Terrorists and their allies believe the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the American Bill of Rights, and every charter of liberty ever written, are lies, to be burned and destroyed and forgotten.” [Source: President Speaks to the United Nations General Assembly (par.7), September 21, 2004 http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2004/09/20040921-3.html] As you know, in Canada, our foundational and ever lasting “charter of Liberty” is Magna Carta in all of its forms, to which the 1297 [final] version declares: "neither We, nor our Heirs, shall procure or do anything whereby Liberties contained in this Charter shall be infringed or broken; and if anything be procured by any person contrary to the premises, it shall be had of no force nor effect." [Our] question to you, therefore, is:

Page last updated April 8, 2010...... It has now been OVER THREE YEARS, AND STILL NO REPLY received. Can you figure out why? This is prima facie evidence the so-called "federal government" of Canada is illegitimate... null and void... otherwise they would have fulfilled their obligation to answer this simple question regarding the LAW OF THE LAND, and their right to govern.
