The evolution of our relative strength and courage as "free men and women" is seen in our national symbols.
From the proud British Lion
To the more cowardly yet "hard working" rodent.
To our more appropriate future symbol, representing our pathetic and cowardly efforts in defending our inalienable rights.
"Federal Government"
of Canada selling out Canadian Sovereignty.
Wake up from your sleep and recognize YOUR most basic RIGHT: The right of SELF DEFENCE - yes even from government! < Link
Criminal Code of Canada 27. Every one is justified in using as much force as is reasonably necessary (a) to prevent the commission of an offence (i) for which, if it were committed, the person who committed it might be arrested without warrant, and (ii) that would be likely to cause immediate and serious injury to the person or property of anyone; or (b) to prevent anything being done that, on reasonable grounds, he believes would, if it were done, be an offence mentioned in paragraph (a). R.S., c. C-34, s. 27. 34. 2) Every one who is unlawfully assaulted and who causes death or grievous bodily harm in repelling the assault is justified if (a) he causes it under reasonable apprehension of death or grievous bodily harm from the violence with which the assault was originally made or with which the assailant pursues his purposes; and (b) he believes, on reasonable grounds, that he cannot otherwise preserve himself from death or grievous bodily harm. R.S., 1985, c. C-46, s. 34; 1992, c. 1, s. 60(F). 40. Every one who is in peaceable possession of a dwelling-house, and every one lawfully assisting him or acting under his authority, is justified in using as much force as is necessary to prevent any person from forcibly breaking into or forcibly entering the dwelling-house without lawful authority. [Please note that under a country ruled by "rule of Law" ALL persons are equal under the law, and hence the use of deadly force by firearms fits the criteria of "reasonable force" where it is applicable. In other words, there is not one set of standards for i.e. police and one for individuals..... You have a right [under certain limited conditions defined in the Criminal Code] to use deadly force, and a firearm is a reasonable tool for defence in this context. If this were not so, the government would be violating the law by issuing such tools for that expressed purpose. Notwithstanding the inflated opinions of some feeble minded politicians or judges, you have an INHERENT and UNALIENABLE RIGHT to self defence, and the possession of a firearm for such a purpose!] For a more detailed legal explanation of the above - please click HERE!
