Rights of parties and authority of the court

s.11

(2) If, in proceedings against the government, relief is sought that might, in proceedings between persons, be granted by way of injunction or specific performance, the court

(a) must not grant an injunction or make an order for specific performance against the government;

 

Translation: Regardless of legal merit, you can not force a government to do what it has lawfully [by consent] agreed to do. YOU, on the other hand, can be forced at gunpoint [in affect] to sign into a contract [which is unlawful] and the courts will use force to make you comply.
