Apart from the Criminal Code, most of the Acts created by government are either to plunder the population of its labour (slavery) or create a system of "authority" designed to give greater and greater power to government, and fewer and fewer rights to individuals.
The number of Acts and regulations within those Acts is truly staggering to human comprehension.
